The project “Miretage - European Pathways to Minority Religious Heritage: Inclusive Heritage in Adult Education” is a three year Erasmus+ strategic partnership involving 8 partners in 3 countries. The project aims to promote inclusive heritage in adult education by disclosing the practices of collecting, using, disclosing, processing, and managing data of users and participants. It also includes a statement about the commitment to protect the privacy of all individuals involved and an explanation of the mechanisms applied to ensure privacy.
Different countries have different legal obligations regarding the content of a Privacy Policy. It is the responsibility of each partner to ensure compliance with relevant legislation based on their activities and location.
Privacy Policy: Fundamentals
A Privacy Policy is a declaration that discloses some or all of the practices of data collection, use, disclosure, processing, and management of users' and participants' data on the project's website. It usually includes a statement about the website's commitment to protect the privacy of its participants and an explanation of the different mechanisms applied by the project to safeguard privacy.

What should be included in the Privacy Policy document
In general terms, a Privacy Policy typically addresses these types of issues: the types of information the project collects and how it collects the data, an explanation of why the project collects this type of information, the project's practices for sharing information with third parties, the ways in which participants can exercise their rights in accordance with relevant privacy legislation, specific practices related to data collection from minors, and more.
